1. Processing Time

3. Order Tracking

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
PrismElite is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Lost Packages
PrismElite is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, or reach out to our customer support team immediately at nawazfazeeha321@gmail.com with photos of the damaged packaging and item so we can assist you.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to re-send the item.
7. Cancellations & Final Sale Reminder
As a reminder, all sales at PrismElite are final. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or modified, and we do not accept returns.
